Natural Hair Care for Black Women

We all have different hair types and those of us who are of African extraction can have a unique set of problems and challenges. There is that extremely curly hair type to contend with; then there is the coarse texture to contend with. The dryness and crinkly texture of hair can make hair not only difficult to style and keep in control; but even growing hair beyond a certain length can be difficult. Here’s what you can do to take care and control of that African hair: Moisture, Moisture, Moisture That dry hair needs a lot of tender loving care, particularly moisturizing. Stress Relief

Ways for Stress Free Moments You need relief! Stress relief, that you can use, starting now. Worry about one thing at a time. Women worry more than men do. A study of 166 married couples who kept stress diaries for six weeks found that women feel stress more frequently than men because women tend to worry in a more global way. Whereas a man might fret about something actual and specific such as the fact that he's just been passed over for a promotion a woman will tend to worry abstractly about her job, her weight, plus the well-being of every member of her extended family. Keep your anxiety focused on real, immediate issues, and tune out imagined ones or those over which you have zero control, and you'll automatically reduce stress overload. Once a day, get away. When you're having a hell of a day—good or bad—checking out for 10-15 minutes is revitalizing. Find a place where you can be alone (and definitely ditch the cell phone) the attic, the bathroom, a quie...
